  • Specialty Coffee: Our coffee is a seasonal agricultural product. While we strive for consistency, flavor profiles may vary slightly between harvests.
  • Technical Goods: Items like our Sticker Packs are limited edition. Once sold out, they may not be restocked.
  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details on timelines and responsibilities.

5. Returns and Refunds

Your purchase is subject to our Refund and Returns Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that coffee beans are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images (including our “Technical Label” designs and “Brewed in Medellín” graphics), is the property of Monte Maestro and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Monte Maestro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
