Shipping Policy

At Monte Maestro, we strive to deliver our specialty coffee and technical goods to your doorstep as efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Coffee Roasting: To ensure maximum freshness, our coffee is roasted in small batches. Depending on our roast schedule, your order might take an additional 24 hours to ship, ensuring you receive the highest quality ritual.
  • High Volume: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during a “First Drop”), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS.
  • Sticker-Only Orders: May be shipped via standard envelope mail to keep costs low for the community.
  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Monte Maestro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

Monte Maestro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship primarily within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at our support email to evaluate shipping feasibility and costs.

7. Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package.
